Software Quality Engineer – Internship

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Quality Engineer Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with our development and quality assurance teams to ensure the highest standards of software quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with software developers to understand product features and create test strategies.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure that new software releases are free of defects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve software development processes and enhance product quality.
• Provide clear and concise reports on testing activities and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as (C#/Java/…), object oriented and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks like Selenium or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or project experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Testing basics, ISTQB certificate
